If you are a SHE customer and are having trouble with your bills, you should contact SHE in the first instance. There is a number at the top of your account, or in certain cases you can contact the Customer Relations Priority Assistance Team - 0800 300 111. This gives:</p><br /><br /> <p>Access to the free Careline, a bespoke service for our elderly, disabled and chronically sick customers;<br /><br /><br />  Assistance with billing, tariff and payment issues;<br /><br /><br /> Energy efficiency advice and information about Government heating schemes;<br /><br /><br /> Referral to Priority Assistance Service for our most vulnerable customers;<br /><br /><br /> Access to the Priority Services Register, to help electricity and gas network operators easily identify customers who may be affected by disruption to their supply e.g. because they depend on electrical medical equipment.</p><br /><br /> <p>Customers of all energy providers can call the Home Heat Helpline, which offers free help and advice on paying energy bills and keeping warm.
